Pay Rate: $18.55/hour
Location: Akron, OH – Onsite
Position Type: Temporary assignment with opportunity for extension or permanent hire based on business needs
Position Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting transition processes for clients and stakeholders while ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role coordinates with internal teams, develops transition strategies, monitors progress, and provides ongoing support throughout the transition lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transitions for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow processes
- Develop and implement transition strategies
- Provide support, communication, and resources during transitions
- Monitor project and transition progress
- Make process adjustments as needed to improve efficiency
- Maintain organized documentation and communication records
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful transitions
- Support operational and administrative functions as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional customer service and client support skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Basic computer proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Previous experience in client services, coordination, operations, onboarding, implementation, or transition support preferred
