Clinical Inventory Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $27.98 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Clinical Inventory Coordinator Highlights
- Monday – Friday, 8 – Hour Shifts
- Some travel to other sites in the future
Clinical Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities
- The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support to setup, install, and troubleshoot products to support the project implementation
- Assembling racks , Stocking cabinets, racks and shelves, Inventory count and product verification, Moving product- utilization of a pallet jack and other equipment as needed
- Arranging and organizing medical products and medical supplies, Filling bins, Breaking down boxes, Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
- Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
- Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
- Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
- Adheres to all quality guidelines
- Works under moderate degree of supervision
- Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
- Clinical Inventory Coordinator Requirements
- Immunizations required include: Influenza, Covid-19, MMR, Chickenpox, TB Testing
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Clinical Inventory Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated approach
- Track record of consistently meeting performance goals.
- Attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good written communication skills 1-2 years of experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Prior Healthcare experience
