Clinical Manager for Transplant Compensation

  • The pay for this position is 99.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Clinical Manager for Transplant Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8a-5p CST, scheduling at discretion of Department; 40 hours/week

Clinical Manager for Transplant Responsibilities

· Manage and evaluate daily operations of transplant services, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

· Supervise and support clinical staff, including PAs, NPs, and other team members.

· Collaborate with transplant surgeons and physicians to provide comprehensive care to pediatric transplant patients.

· Educate patients and families about transplant-related care and provide emotional support.

· Develop criteria to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of transplant care.

· Plan and facilitate learning opportunities for healthcare professionals, including nursing, medical students, and community members.

· Work with administrative, nursing, physician, and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and support ongoing education and research initiatives.

Clinical Manager for Transplant Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate degree from an Accreditation Commission for Nursing (ACEN) and/or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited graduate school of nursing in Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Primary Care, or Family Medicine.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant clinical experience with pediatric or adult solid organ transplant.
  • Effective team-building skills and experience in related healthcare systems.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association prior to the start date.
  • Current State of Arizona or a compact license with multistate privileges prior to the start date.
  • Arizona Advanced Practice License (NP or PA) preferred.
  • National Board Certification in area of education prior to start date
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent.
