Job Description
- Conducting outbound phone calls for comprehensive medication reviews.
- Completing comprehensive medication reviews as part of medication therapy management services.
- Transcribing patient-specific prescription information and recommendations into a web-based application.
- Delivering in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines.
- Ensuring accuracy and speed in data entry for patient-specific information.
Critical Information
- Flexible scheduling; part-time work considered based on business needs.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Valid Pharmacist License in Florida.
