Clinical Travel Nurse - Perioperative Care Highlights

• The pay for this position is $52.17-$59.27 per hour.
• Day Shift
• Onsite position
• This position is a temporary contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care for patients, ensuring nursing assessments, diagnoses, and interventions are completed in accordance with best practices.
• Circulate in the operating room across various specialties, including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to provide high-quality care throughout the perioperative process.
• Remain available for on-call duties and be prepared to respond to emergency cases with minimal notice.
• Maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and NIHSS as required.

Requirements

• A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience and/or operating room practical experience preferred.
• Must maintain certifications for BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and NIHSS as specified.
