Note: This is NOT a C2C Position

We are actively seeking a Cloud Database Architect. Ideally, a hands-on data engineer who possesses a strong passion for designing, optimizing, refactoring, and upgrading complex data solutions! We need someone who can help us architect and model new databases (using multiple technologies; AWS and Neo4j Graph Database), design and code ETLs, and implement automated data pipelines.

Required Experience (Must Have)
  • Strong AWS Experience(Minimum three years’ experience)
  • Lambda Functions - Python Preferred
  • Glue and Scala
  • Step Functions / State Machines and Control Flow
  • ECS/ECR AWS Containerization
  • AWS Storage Services - EC2, S3 preferred
  • Automation - AWS Data Pipeline experience required
  • Strong ETL Experience(Minimum two years’ experience)
  • SSIS, Kettle, Talend
  • Graph Database Experience(Minimum three years’ experience)
  • Neo4j preferred
  • Graph / Database Modeling Experience Required
  • SQL Server Development experience
  • Strong Modeling Experience required
  • Experience with complex transformations and working with large data sets
  • Experience with Data Lakes in AWS
  • Excellent communicator, Quick learner, technical evangelist

Helpful Experience (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in Git and Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Linux and Containers
  • Experience in DevOps
  • Experience in Data Warehouse / Data Lake (preferred)
  • Experience in Data Testing and Quality Analysis

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze large, and complex, data sets
  • Design, develop and oversee the generation of ETL data pipelines
  • Model complex data sets in Relational or Graph technology (Neo4j preferred)
  • Provide technical leadership in database and data-related work
  • Ensure architecture and design of the solution is in alignment with overall enterprise architecture
