Title: Analyst II
Pay Rate: $38.33/hr
Location: Cumberland, RI (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid Schedule)

We are seeking an Analyst to work within the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE). This role will rotate through different areas of the Compliance COE to perform review or reporting activities and support unanticipated projects for Compliance Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting programs.
This role within the Compliance Monitoring program will consist of supporting the development of the Compliance Monitoring team's monitoring plan, including conducting and documenting risk topic walkthroughs and test plans with business operations. This role will also assess potential findings and collaborate with business partners and compliance leadership to develop practical solutions for remediation. This role within the Regulatory Reporting program will consist of assisting with state reporting and/or APCD project activities to support the timely submission of reports by required deadlines. As this position rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, this role will build a strong network across teams to identify opportunities to standardize and modernize processes. General job duties include, but are not limited to;
- Rotting to different areas within the Compliance COE to support regulatory reporting programs, conduct compliance reviews, perform continuous monitoring activities, and support ad-hoc projects
- Assist with state reporting and/or APCD project activities, including administrative, specific project communications, meeting internal and external project timelines, and timely submitting reports by required deadlines
- Assisting in the development of the Compliance Monitoring team's monitoring plan, including conducting and documenting risk topic walkthroughs and test plans with business operations
- Assessing potential findings and collaborating with business partners and compliance leadership to develop practical solutions for remediation
- Assisting with the identification and implementation of various tools, technologies, and innovations to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and business partners to support with value-add consultation to address and mitigate compliance risks
Required Position Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or risk management
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit manager, pharmacy, or a similar highly-regulated environment
- Strong experience with database and data management systems, as well strong skill in the interpretation and manipulation of related data
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results
- Demonstrated ability to learn on-the-fly, be flexible, and resolve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using language suitable to the audience and within a timely manner, according to policy and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving techniques/skills
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time, including driving and flying
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR a combination of equivalent education and work experience
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- Relevant certificate or license, such as CHC, Six Sigma, or PMP
- Prior experience with integrations and/or process improvement projects
- Demonstrated ability to innovate to create simplicity and drive efficiencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage through changes while maintaining accountability of current processes
