Job Description:
Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you'll be at the forefront of pipeline safety compliance and corrosion control? As a Compliance Records Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our pipelines through meticulous review and analysis. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Delve into pipeline safety compliance and corrosion control records and procedures as part of the Task-Equipment Matrix (TEMS) process for our pipeline integrity department.
- Engage in the TEMS process, designed to identify all pipeline facilities and verify the execution of necessary tasks, tests, surveys, and inspections in adherence to federal pipeline safety regulations.
- Prepare for Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) audits and inspections by meticulously reviewing records.
- Utilize company systems and databases, including corrosion control, maintenance control, electronic records, and more, to carry out your duties effectively.
- Foster communication with field operations and headquarters staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Embrace additional research and analytical tasks as assigned by the pipeline safety team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or another technical field. NACE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ideally, five or more years of related experience; familiarity with natural gas transmission facilities' operating principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills and prior experience with corrosion control systems are essential.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between teams.
- Training will be provided on company applications, programs, and the pipeline safety compliance audit process.
