  • Configure workflows and manage system users for mortgage related business processes.
  • Create and manage automated workflow solutions in a low-code environment.
  • Support data reporting partners in testing and providing insight to data structures.
  • Facilitate system enhancements to improve efficiencies within the servicing organization.
  • Triaging issues and providing solutions for internal and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain workflow automations and third-party integrations via API.
  • Design, document, manage testing, and deliver solutions for assigned program modules.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 5 years in SaaS application deployment or similar experience.
