Call Center Trainer Highlights
- The pay for this position is $36.06 per hour.
- Remote position. Preference to candidates in Texas.
- This position is a 9-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with management, supervisors, and employees to understand Centricity processes and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, on-the-job training, onboarding, and refresher courses related to Centricity.
- Coordinate training schedules to align with practice hiring and training needs.
- Develop instructional materials, including training manuals and computer navigation tools.
- Evaluate trainee progress through testing and competency assessments.
- Monitor and document new hire progress, providing feedback to individuals, teams, and management.
- Identify and recommend improvements in workflows and processes.
- Provide guidance on Centricity usage and address process-related inquiries.
- Research and respond to inquiries, consulting with management on performance issues as needed.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of solutions to improve departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Centricity/IDX systems and one (1) year of training experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred.
