**Job Description:**
- Supporting the application of USA and Canadian Special Programs to North American Imports with specific focus on duty mitigation.
- Daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders to secure required information and documentation.
- Administrative support for GTC Advisor and GTC Manager to track duty saving project updates and metrics specifically for USMCA expansion and Nairobi Protocol initiatives.
- Performing system updates reflecting any new legislative changes.
- Working collaboratively with the Special Programs team with timely turnaround on assigned tasks.
**Critical Information:**
- Superior and demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective, clear, concise, and professional written communication.
- Knowledge of current USA and Canadian trade legislation including but not limited to:
- Free Trade Agreements and Rules of Origin
- Nairobi Protocol
- USA Executive Orders
- USA Federal Register Notices
- USA Customs Binding Rulings
- USA/Canadian Customs Tariff and related Legislation/Regulations
- Canadian Orders in Council
**Education/Licenses Needed:**
Degree/Diploma in Business/International Trade or other applicable study
