Title: Corporate Paralegal


Location: White Plains, NY

The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing various corporate documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Managing corporate governance matters, and maintaining company records
  • Supporting corporate activities, including due diligence and post-closing actions
  • Assisting with legal compliance and risk mitigation efforts
  • Collaborating with multiple departments on legal matters
  • Providing direct support to the Chief Legal Officer
  • Handling other

Position Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Paralegal Certification in corporate and/or transactional matters; Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
