Job Description
- Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing tax projects.
- Supervise, train, and mentor senior associates, associates, and interns on tax projects.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell services to existing and potential clients.
- Review tax returns prepared by staff and recommend improvements for accuracy and tax savings.
- Conduct primary review of ASC 740 income tax provision engagements.
- Research and consult on various tax matters using tax-related software.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients and support them effectively.
- Hybrid work environment; must be willing to come into the office at least 2 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA or JD/active law license required.
- Minimum of four to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
