Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis, Mental Health) - Region 1
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – General / Dialysis / Mental Health
Pay rate: $45-$50 an hr
Location: Lima, OH 45801 (On-site)
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, plus every 3rd weekend (OT may be available)
Type: Contract to hire
Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an institutional/acute setting supporting a diverse population. This role includes assessment, medication administration, treatment execution, documentation, and response to urgent medical events.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments, make rounds, record vitals, and document patient progress
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments (including time-sensitive care)
- Respond to emergencies (first aid, triage, escalation/transport coordination as needed)
- Provide and/or support specialized procedures as assigned (may include IV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, catheterization, tube feeding, phlebotomy, dialysis, etc.)
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and medication logs
- Support team operations and may help guide lower-level staff on shift (as needed)
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license (in good standing)
- Current CPR / BLS (healthcare-provider level)
- Ability to work in a secure environment and follow facility protocols
- Must be able to complete required onboarding documents and screening requirements quickly (time-sensitive)

This is a secure facility environment. Staff should expect screening procedures upon entry and must follow clear-bag and other on-site security rules.
