Creative Marketing Consultant

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ETZ), with a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).

Salary/Wage: $40.00 per hour

Job Description:

A-Line Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating innovative digital marketing assets for eCommerce and B2B campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving creative solutions to meet business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute promotional digital marketing assets, including banners, emails, landing pages, and other eCommerce content.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to create engaging and user-centered digital experiences.
• Use research and analytics to inform and refine design strategies.
• Maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead internal and client meetings, presenting designs with clear rationale and adapting to feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating omni-channel digital experiences.
• Expertise in eCommerce design and digital marketing strategies.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and Human-Centered Design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
