Job Title: Credentialing Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Shift: MON-FRI 8AM-5PM

Pay: $30.08/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and short-term disability after 90 days

Credentialing Specialist Duties

  • Responsible for a variety of tasks and functions that encompass the administration of the pharmacy credentialing activities. Responsibilities may include reviewing pharmacy questionnaire responses, maintain accurate documentation and tracking of re-credentialing records, respond to pharmacy questions, provide pharmacies with technical support related to online questionnaire submission, issue research and resolution.

Credentialing Specialist Requirements

  • 2-3 years of pharmacy credentialing experience is required
  • Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year college degree is required
  • High School Diploma or GED
