- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to develop and execute risk-based coverage plans for assigned portfolios.
- Lead transaction reviews and examinations as an Examiner-in-Charge or Assistant Examiner-in-Charge, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Perform secondary reviews of transactional testing performed by junior team members and manage issues including severity ratings and action plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Risk and regulatory partners for ongoing dialogue on key issues and emerging risks.
- Assist in preparing quarterly Business Assessment Reports and Coverage Plans, and stay informed of current economic trends impacting credit portfolios.
- Participate in exam activities, provide feedback on transactional reviews, and engage in stakeholder discussions.
- Manage issues, track observations, and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-office culture with an appropriate level of flexibility based on role-specific responsibilities and business needs.
