Job Description

Title: Customer Contract Administrator

Pay Rate: $31.00/hr

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 2-days remote, 3-days onsite schedule)

The Customer Contract Administrator works within Medication Management Solutions – Dispensing Business Unit, and is responsible for generating both internal and external revenue quotes and amendments for commercial operations. Additional job duties include:

  • Providing deal strategy and sales support using customer relationship management CRM tools
  • Driving contracting and pricing implementation strategies through day-to-day execution
  • Advising on potential new offers to meet market needs within the medical device industry
  • Coordinating pricing product proposals and product configurations for 15 product platforms
  • Deciphering customer needs and translating those needs into appropriate business models
  • Processing internal quoting transactions for training reporting and functionality
  • Ensuring that the volume of quote requests queue meets or exceeds department service and turnaround standards

Position Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or Associates Degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of relevant business experience OR a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Excellent technical skills, including a proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, specifically Excel
  • A general understanding of commercial contract management, including contract strategy development, pricing, product technology, quoting, and policy development
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to switch gears and reprioritize quickly
  • Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce.com preferred
