- Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding newborn screening laws, policies, and procedures.
- Contact hospitals and medical providers to update missing or inaccurate demographic information.
- Process requests for newborn screening records and track resolution of specimen issues.
- Maintain and update data systems, including courier shipments, kit orders, and eReports registrations.
- Prepare quarterly reports for hospital submitters.
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing, and generating labels.
- Shift from 08:00 to 12:00, on-site.
- Submissions must include a resume, cover letter, CPR certification, and Ohio licensure if applicable.
