Customer Service Representative Summary and Highlights:

A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of products.

  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Customer Service Representative Details:

  • Location: San Antonio, TX – Hybrid schedule 3 days on site
  • Payrate: $19/hr
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 7a-6pCST
    • Training 8a-4p CST Mon-Fri

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
  • Providing detailed order information.
  • Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.

 

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Vaccinated for Covid-19 or have applicable exemption
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
  • MUST have extensive call center experience
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office
