Customer Service Representative Summary and Highlights:
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of products.

Customer Service Representative Details:
- Location: San Antonio, TX – Hybrid schedule 3 days on site
- Payrate: $19/hr
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 7a-6pCST
- Training 8a-4p CST Mon-Fri
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
- Providing detailed order information.
- Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Job Requirements
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Vaccinated for Covid-19 or have applicable exemption
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
- MUST have extensive call center experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office
