A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, MN

This position is Remote but does require that you live within a 1 hour radius to Bloomington, MN

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is 18.00 per hour biweekly pay 
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Job Requirements

Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Must be able to report to facility first day to pick up equipment 

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and greeting them warmly.
  • Listening to customer needs and concerns attentively.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Explaining to members about the products and services.
  • Providing information about member fees, benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Recommending products and services to the members.
