Job Description
Customer Systems Validation Engineer
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Customer Systems Validation Engineer in Longmont, CO. This position is with a Fortune 500 company and offers career growth potential. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $50–$58/hr., based on experience
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on eligibility dates
Position Highlights
- Contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: Longmont, CO
- 100% onsite
- No remote option
- Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Ability to work on end-to-end elements of SSD validation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience working with system validation.
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or working with validation test cases, scripting, or automation.
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing validation failures.
Additional Information
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and complete customer-specific SSD/system validation cycles and qualification runs.
- Set up, configure, and maintain validation environments, including systems, firmware, operating systems, and platform settings.
- Analyze validation results, identify failures, and determine appropriate next steps, including debugging and risk assessment.
- Develop, extend, and maintain validation test cases, scripts, and automation.
- Serve as the technical owner for assigned validation projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while sharing validation best practices across teams.
