- Establish a collaborative practice program with oncologists for supportive care measures in chemotherapy.
- Conduct staff development programs for pharmacy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in oncology, providing drug information and reviewing care plans.
- Round with Oncology Fellows and healthcare team to optimize therapy according to guidelines.
- Provide patient-specific medication education using the teach back method.
- Identify and evaluate medication-related problems based on clinical presentation and data.
- Participate in Oncology Service Line meetings to improve cancer care quality.

- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy; Post graduate Year 1 Residency or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Pharmacist, Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist.
- Three years of hospital experience with clinical training and three years in oncology.
