Developmental Programs Needs Assessment Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $28 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Developmental Programs Needs Assessment Manager Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required shift for this position is 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch).
Developmental Programs Needs Assessment Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager for ODP’s statewide needs assessment (SIS™ and PA Supplement).
- Oversee and coordinate with needs assessment administration and SIS Assessment Tool vendors.
- Direct statewide implementation of the SIS process as the Central Office SIS WG Lead.
- Facilitate weekly conference calls with statewide needs assessment vendors.
- Provide technical assistance to County Programs, AEs, SCOs, Providers, and Individuals/Families.
- Coordinate stakeholder forums across the state.
- Develop policies and procedures related to the statewide needs assessment.
- Conduct quality assessment and improvement record reviews.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
- Facilitate training strategies and provide training on key topics related to project flow and development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within defined scope.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement changes.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
- Perform research, analyze complex data, and develop actionable conclusions.
Developmental Programs Needs Assessment Manager Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the ID/A system.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ensuring projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
- Strong project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel requirements.
