Job Description
- Plans, evaluates, and implements regular, special, and modified diets to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Completes nutrition assessments of clients, reviewing medical charts and interviewing staff and patients about dietary needs, preferences, allergies, and digestion issues.
- Maintains dietary and nutrition records, reports, and progress notes, including patient charting and treatment plans.
- Plans and conducts in-service training programs related to nutrition for clients and staff; attends meetings such as treatment team meetings and internal committees.
- Possibly exposed to unpredictable resident actions; walking required on a large campus; flexible schedule, approximately 8 to 30 hours weekly.
- Shift: 08:00 to 17:00, on-site, flexible hours between 8 and 30 per week.
