We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who is hands-on in AEM content authoring and production, building and maintaining marketing assets like banners, landing pages, and templated messages. This Digital Marketing Specialist will also activate experiences in Adobe Target and manage workflow through Workfront to keep production requests moving quickly and accurately.
Summary
This is a high-impact production role for someone who can own AEM execution end-to-end: build assets, publish updates, QA content, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for SEO and user experience. If your resume includes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, and basic HTML/CSS, you’ll stand out immediately.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain templated banners, landing pages, and marketing messages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Serve as an AEM-focused production partner and subject matter resource for content updates and best practices
- Activate and target segments in Adobe Target (personalization, testing, audience-based experiences)
- Manage and triage production requests; deliver on time while following brand standards and QA expectations
- Optimize on-page content for SEO and user experience (headings, metadata, structure, clarity, accessibility)
- Troubleshoot and resolve content display/functionality issues (components, templates, publishing, formatting)
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver outcomes and unblock work
- Validate content setup and support revenue tracking checks on marketing pages and assets
- Manage tasks and timelines in Workfront (intake, assignment, status updates, deadlines)
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (required/strongly preferred)
- Experience activating content/experiences in Adobe Target (strong plus)
- Experience using Workfront (or similar tools like Jira/Asana) to manage production requests
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting, QA, and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail, proofing/QA mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- 1–3 years of digital marketing, web content, or CMS production experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
