A-Line Staffing is now hiring Direct Support Professionals in Selinsgrove, PA 17870. The Support Professionals would be working for a long-term care facility and has career growth potential. This would be a full-time position.

DSP Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

DSP Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 10:15pm-6am and every other weekend

DSP Responsibilities

• An employee in this job assists individuals residing in a long-term care facility in their daily living activities, physical care, self-help activities, and other tasks related to their individualized treatment plans. Work may also include assisting individuals with other therapeutic activities under the direction of treatment professionals. Work is performed in accordance with established procedures and is reviewed by a higher-level supervisor through daily care records, observation of individuals receiving treatment, and conferences with the employee.

DSP Requirements

• Knowledge of non-professional health care services designed to improve the ability of individuals to perform daily living activities
• Successful completion of the DHS Aide Trainee Program
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
