A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Director of Annual Giving & Engagement on behalf of a leading public healthcare foundation committed to serving the Dallas community. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership opportunity for a fundraising professional passionate about healthcare philanthropy, donor engagement, and organizational growth.

About the Role

The Director of Annual Giving & Engagement plays a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding the donor base through strategic fundraising campaigns, events, and stewardship programming. Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Advancement Officer, this individual will oversee annual giving, grateful patient programs, donor engagement events, and team development—positioning the Foundation as a philanthropy of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic annual giving campaigns, including omni-channel and direct response efforts

• Drive leadership giving, employee giving, and grateful patient fundraising programs

• Design and manage a best-in-class donor stewardship and recognition framework

• Oversee high-profile donor engagement events and community outreach experiences

• Manage and mentor a team of development professionals; set performance goals and ensure CRM best practices

• Maintain a personal portfolio of major gift donors and prospects

• Evaluate fundraising data, report outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets

• Align engagement efforts with system-wide health initiatives and community development goals

• Oversee department budgeting and long-term planning

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership experience in annual giving, development, or nonprofit fundraising

• Demonstrated success in donor pipeline growth, stewardship strategy, and event execution

• Experience managing a fundraising team and major gift portfolios

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data-driven fundraising techniques

• Strategic thinker who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced healthcare or nonprofit setting
