DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE - CASE PICKER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Redlands CA 92374 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $19.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE - CASE PICKER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Distribution Associate - Case Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and moving products throughout a warehouse using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), handheld scanners, and pick tickets. The position supports daily distribution operations by ensuring orders are picked efficiently, inventory is handled safely, and warehouse procedures and quality standards are followed.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE - CASE PICKER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to pick and transport products.
- Accurately pick cases using pick tickets, labels, and handheld RF scanners.
- Move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse using various material handling equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a metrics-driven environment.
- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse operations.
- Perform routine recordkeeping and documentation as required.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE - CASE PICKER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience.
- Experience with case picking in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets, labels, and shipping documents.
- Experience using handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Moderate to loud noise levels.
- Safety shoes required.
