Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Architect

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C & 3rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. As the Systems Architect, this role will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Position Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
  • 5+ years of experience within infrastructure, network, and application support, preferably within a Technical Customer Service role
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
  • 5+ years of Architect-level experience
  • 3+ years of experience with database architecture
  • Experience designing and documenting technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
  • Experience performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
  • Experience with CICD/Release Management, including defining, communicating, and managing technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
  • Experience in the identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective
  • Experience with Azure Communications and APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear, concise, and detailed written instructions and documentation
  • Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions, including troubleshooting application issues under pressure
  • Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly complex assignments and within high stress work environments
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
