A-Line Staffing is now hiring ER RN.This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

ER RN Hours

  • 3X12 hour shifts per week 
  • 7PM-7:30AM
  • Float position: Staffed every 4 hours and may be pulled to the ED and ED observation.
  • Typical patient ratio: Maximum of 1:6.
  • Level 3 trauma.

ER RN Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $52.00-57.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ER RN Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
  • Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
  • Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
  • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

ER RN Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant Emergency Department (ED) experience.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
  • Preferred not required:
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course).
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course).
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).
