Electrical Panel Assembler – Entry Level | Auburn Hills, MI | $20/hr

What You’ll Do
- Assemble electrical panels, plates, and enclosures
- Install electrical components and controllers based on prints
- Wire components using correct color codes, cables, ferrules, and tags
- Read and follow build sheets and technical documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Support team members and production needs as required
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and motivated with a willingness to learn
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay & Benefits

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow build sheets or basic technical instructions
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and be trained in electrical assembly
- Some experience with electrical panels, components, cables, and ferrules is desirable
