Electrical Panel Assembler – Entry Level | Auburn Hills, MI | $20/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electrical panels, plates, and enclosures
• Install electrical components and controllers based on prints
• Wire components using correct color codes, cables, ferrules, and tags
• Read and follow build sheets and technical documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures
• Support team members and production needs as required

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable and motivated with a willingness to learn
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

• $20 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED
