Electrical Panel Assembler
Location Auburn Hills MI
Pay $20 per hour

As an Electrical Panel Assembler, you will play a key role in laying out, assembling, and wiring electrical panels from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following technical documentation, and being part of a collaborative team while also working independently.
What You Will Do
• Review build sheets and technical documentation
• Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on provided instructions
• Install electrical components and controllers according to prints
• Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and identification
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational training is a plus but not required
