Schedule:

• Summer (through 9/5): Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Non-summer: Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation
• Assemble electrical plates/backplates and enclosures per instructions
• Install electrical components/controllers per documentation
• Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and identification per prints
• Use hand tools and power tools safely (cut/crimp/strip, drill/driver, etc.)
• Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team production needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (wiring/labeling/component placement)
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions consistently
