Electrical Panel Assembler Highlights:

• The Panel Shop Technician is responsible for layout and wiring of electrical components used on Electrical Panels for an individual project.
• Inside a temperature controlled, clean office environment at an assembly station
• Pay rate at $18 per hour
• Schedule: 8 hour DAY shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime Available
  • Weekend availability preferred
• Desired Experience:
  • Mechanical: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Panel wiring: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred)

Electrical Panel Assembler Job Description:

• Serve as a team member on the layout and wire routing of electrical components per panel
• Ensure individual tasks are executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function
• Ensure assigned Panel layout is correct based on work requirements utilizing drawings, customer specifications and manuals as necessary
• Provide accurate time reporting for assigned activities through the ERP system
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Electrical Panel Assembler Job Requirements:

• Entry Level experience or basic / minimal knowledge in electrical field and/or panel assembly
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic understanding of Electrical Standards, panel assembly & setup
• Basic ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints
• High desire to learn electrical field
• Team player, able to take direction and be self-directed when needed
• High regard for safety standards
• Strong written and oral communication skills
