Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (Onsite)
Pay: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities
- Interpret electrical schematics, prints, and work instructions independently
- Perform full control panel builds: layout, mounting, wiring, and component installation
- Identify layout/material discrepancies and communicate to the lead
- Use measurement equipment accurately (tape measure, T-square, torque wrench, scale)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Support workflow while working independently; assist with field installs/service calls as needed
- Use cranes/rigging/forklifts when required (role/task dependent)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical/vocational training preferred)
- 3+ years related experience in panel building / control panel wiring
- Ability to read and build from industrial control panel electrical schematics
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical drawings and wiring to print
- Strong attention to detail, quality-first mindset, and clear communication
