Electro-Mechanical Assembler Details and Compensation:
- Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $20/hr
- Required Availability: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 330 PM

- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble, integrate, and test electronic and mechanical instrument components
- Perform wiring, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain accurate device history records and report on production processes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent – Associate Degree in a technical field preferred
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience experience (in lieu of Associate Degree -1+ year with degree)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical tools (torque drivers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving assembly issues
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Prior work in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
