Job Description

Facilities Associate needed in Stamford, CT. This is a fully onsite position, 8am to 5pm shift Monday – Friday only! No weekends! Normal Business hours. Great opportunity to get in with a growing company that people want to work for!

Job Description:

  • Work with or contribute to a work group or team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Plan organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity tact and professionalism
  • Make a decision or solve a problem independently by using logic to identify key facts explore alternatives and propose quality solutions.

Pay Rate: 22.00-23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • MUST have MS applications Outlook Excel etc.
  • Facilities services experience along with customer service experience.
  • Technical skills with audio visuals is a strong plus. 3 years Facility Services experience.

Technical knowledge:

  • Outlook Microsoft office audio visual equipment knowledge of security and badging systems.
  • Speak clearly concisely and effectively listen to and understand information and ideas as presented.
  • Communicate effectively in writing.
