Family Medicine Physician Compensation:

• Salary range: $250,000 - $280,000 per year
• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid quarterly during the first year
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• Benefits available after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Family Medicine Physician Responsibilities:

• Provide primary medical and educational care in a patient-centered environment
• Perform medical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and minor surgical procedures
• Educate patients and their families about preventive care, medical conditions, treatments, and medications
• Request and coordinate patient referrals for specialty services, lab tests, and other necessary medical procedures
• Maintain accurate, legible, and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee clinical support staff, including midlevel practitioners, medical assistants, and nursing staff
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures
• Participate in peer reviews, quality assurance programs, and staff training initiatives
• Provide medical consultation and support to mid-level practitioners

Family Medicine Physician Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Valid and current California Medical License
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice (Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within 2 years)
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate from the American Heart Association
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
• Access to reliable transportation

Family Medicine Physician Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of directly related experience
• Community or public health experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin
