Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour.

Benefits are available to eligible employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to convert to permanent employment based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
The required availability for this position is part-time, 17-28 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
  • Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
  • Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Encourage patient engagement in health and wellness, including behavioral health, screenings, and chronic condition management.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for patient panels.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Requirements

  • Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
  • Active license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in information management and technology.
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
  • Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote clinical care team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
