Job Description
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner-{173303}
Location: Macon, GA 31210
Pay Rate: $74.87/hr.
Schedule: 2-4 days/wk. 8:30am-7:30pm
- Orientation is M-F 40 hours for 4 weeks total
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning
- Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations
- Provide administrative support, including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, verifying insurance, patient follow-up, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment
- Conduct diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification and active GA license to practice as an APN
- At least 1 year of recent primary care NP experience (family medicine, primary care or urgent care)
