Make a Meaningful Impact Through Compassionate Primary Care

Are you a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients achieve better health? We're seeking an experienced provider to join a collaborative outpatient practice where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, deliver high-quality primary care, and make a meaningful difference every day.

In this role, you'll care for patients across the lifespan, providing evidence-based treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education in a supportive, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working independently while collaborating with an exceptional clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and care planning.
  • Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits.
  • Manage acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practice.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
  • Partner with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Manage patient follow-up and support positive health outcomes.
  • Assist with clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Verify insurance information, collect patient payments, and support front-office workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • A compassionate, collaborative approach to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule

  • In-person outpatient position
  • 2–4 days per week
  • Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Three out of every six weekends required
  • Holiday rotation as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75.00 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits available after 90 days for full-time employees.
  • 401(k) with company match after one year of service.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

This is more than a traditional primary care role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted healthcare partner for your patients. You'll join a collaborative clinical team that values quality care, teamwork, and professional excellence while giving you the autonomy to practice at the top of your license. If you're looking for a rewarding role where your expertise truly makes a difference, we encourage you to apply today.
