Are you a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients achieve better health? In this role, you'll care for patients across the lifespan, providing evidence-based treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and care planning.
- Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits.
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
- Partner with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage patient follow-up and support positive health outcomes.
- Assist with clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Verify insurance information, collect patient payments, and support front-office workflow.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- A compassionate, collaborative approach to delivering exceptional patient care.
Schedule
- In-person outpatient position
- 2–4 days per week
- Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Three out of every six weekends required
- Holiday rotation as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $75.00 per hour
- Comprehensive benefits available after 90 days for full-time employees.
