A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Family Nurse Practitioner Hours
- 65 hours over 2 weeks, 28 the first week and 37 the second week.
- 3 10 M-F for (week 1) and 2 10 M-F for (week 2) with every other weekend.
- M-F 8:30-7:30 with 1 hour lunch
- Sat 9-5:30 with 30 min lunch
- Sun 9-5:30 with 30 min lunch
Family Nurse Practitioner Hours
- The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
- You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.
- Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes
- Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment
- Document all patient care within an electronic health record
- Help develop Patient Centered Practice Teams
- Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day
- Increase patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues
- Maintain all levels of communication
- Balance priorities to manage patient care and need
- Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks
- Adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency
- Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care
- Validates insurance coverage and incorporates knowledge into care plan
Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements
- Completion of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
- 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Application for DEA is required at time of offer.
