Location: Aiken, SC 29803

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 38 hours per week
Training: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Aiken, South Carolina.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated provider who enjoys practicing evidence-based medicine in a collaborative environment while delivering exceptional primary care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services.
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Perform routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform clinic administrative duties, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
  • Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current National Board Certification.
  • Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
    • Primary Care
    • Family Medicine
    • Urgent Care
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • Strong EMR proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a clinical care team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing patients with chronic health conditions.
  • Strong patient education and preventive care background.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-Time (38 hours per week)
  • Four-week full-time training program (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
  • Regular schedule includes 2–3 weekdays per week and every other weekend
  • In-person, patient-facing role
  • Occasional travel between nearby clinic locations may be required.
  • Holiday coverage may be required based on business needs.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position.
