Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) — includes every other weekend (possible holiday rotation)
Pay Rate: $74.87/hr
Location: San Antonio, TX 78258 (onsite)
Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary care/urgent care services as part of a dedicated clinical care team. You’ll perform patient assessments, diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, provide health counseling, and help drive positive outcomes through high-quality patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care planning
- Manage acute concerns and chronic conditions; support preventative care and wellness
- Document care accurately and coordinate with clinical team members
- Support clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, inventory, follow-up, maintaining a clean environment, basic admin tasks)
Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) Required Qualifications
- Active NP (or PA) license in Texas
- RN and APRN licenses in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions)
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an NP in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required)
- Comfortable in a patient-facing, safety-sensitive clinical environment
Additional Notes
- DEA registration will be required during onboarding (unless otherwise noted)
- Role requires onsite work
