A-Line Staffing is now hiring Field Based Healthcare Consultant in Lake County Illinois and/or immediate surrounding area. The Field Based Healthcare Consultant would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Field Based Healthcare Consultant Compensation

• The pay for this position is $32.44 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Field Based Healthcare Consultant Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• This is a remote position that requires field visits

Field Based Healthcare Consultant Responsibilities

• Determines medical necessity/ appropriateness
• Facilitates optimal outcomes
• Identifies and follow through with continuous quality/ compliance opportunities.
• May also include identification of aberrances and initiation of corrective action
• Educates/ empowers customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and promote patient advocacy
• Optimize total costs
• Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives
• Educate/empower colleagues at all levels to enable decision making at most appropriate level

Field Based Healthcare Consultant Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in social services, human services or behavioral health.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
