Full-Time Field Case Manager RN openings with a major healthcare / managed care company in the Newark, NJ area! Remote but member facing is required! 

Pay: $38-$45 per hour dependent on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm No OT is required

• Remote in New Jersey- (In person training for the 1st week in Newark)
• Member facing is required 

Job Responsibilities:

• RN will complete Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Nursing Assessment Tool for MLTSS Social Workers
• RN will process Service Authorizations for assigned MLTSS Team
• RN will submit Service Authorizations for Medical Director Review
• RN will work with primary MLTSS care manager on getting clinicals/ordering Durable Medical Equipment Requests as well as help outreach providers for Hard to Service PCA Members

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• RN will be expected to complete any expiring service authorizations for their assigned team.

• RN will also be required to complete tasked PCA tools for their assigned care managers that are due to expire.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Nursing and RN License in NJ
• 4+ years of experience in a clinical acute care setting, preferably in home health and/or geriatrics
• Highly organized
• Medium-High efficiency Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

• Prior case management experience
• Public speaking and health education experience
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
