Field RN Case Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $44.14 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Field RN Case Manager Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Field RN Case Manager Responsibilities
- Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to meet an individual’s health needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility
- Determine the approach to case resolution by evaluating benefit plans and available resources
- Apply and interpret applicable criteria, standardized case management plans, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Ensure appropriate administration of benefits while assessing member needs
- Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines
Field RN Case Manager Requirements
- RN with an active, unrestricted state license
- High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital, home health, or ambulatory care setting
- Healthcare and/or managed care industry experience
- Case management experience preferred
- Proficiency with computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
