Title: Finance Manager

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $34.14/hr

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST

The Finance Manager will own finance templates and decks while collaborating closely with Sales, Billing, and Finance, driving process improvements. They will help the revenue team where applicable, including Accounts Payable/Receivable. The right candidate for this role will be a true team player and provide help where needed within the Revenue Operations Team.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate and help the revenue operations team, including sales, finance, and billing operations
  • Help prepare financial and sales documents, including monthly review decks, reports, and ad hoc requests
  • Help the AR/AP team with month end invoicing/payables and execution
  • Analyze financial forecast and actuals for accuracy
  • Update delivery reporting/business reviews, which track the performance of the CMX business
  • Analyze and identify performance trends through the proactive analysis of reports and dashboards
  • Assist in setting up PRF’s & New Vendors
  • Assist with Aging, as directed

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of significant accounting/financial/AR/AP experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field
