Financial Call Center Rep Compensation
- The pay for this position is $20 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Financial Call Center Rep Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is
- 8 hour shifts on four weekdays and one weekend day starting between 11am and 12pm
- 8am-5pm Monday through Friday for training period
Financial Call Center Rep Responsibilities
- Answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

- Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
