Financial Call Center Rep Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Financial Call Center Rep Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is
• 8 hour shifts on four weekdays and one weekend day starting between 11am and 12pm
• 8am-5pm Monday through Friday for training period

Financial Call Center Rep Responsibilities

• Answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

Financial Call Center Rep Requirements

• Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
• Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
